Dark Matter® Vision

At Clogworks, we set out to materialise our vision of creating the ultimate aerial solutions. Our Dark Matter® philosophy fuses the ultimate in quality, creativity, design, performance, efficiency & precision engineering,  with an obsessive attention to detail and craftsmanship. This DNA is embedded into all the Dark Matter® range of products we create.

Modular Design

We want our Dark Matter® products to cater for as many applications as possible. This is why our aircraft sport a modular design. You can easily swap out payloads, arms, legs and other parts of the aircraft depending on the mission. This provides a more cost effective solution for our customers. You do not need to buy another UAV, simply adapt the Dark Matter to fit your application.

Next Level Redundancy

With three redundant IMUs, two barometers and two GPS masts as standard, we have put as many failsafes in as possible to ensure our already dependable aircraft operates safely and reliably.
With further options of ADS-B (transmitting and receiving) and the ability to fly in GPS-denied environments, we have worked hard to ensure that the Dark Matter®  Gen 2 range is our safest and most reliable yet.

The Dark Matter®  range achieves world-class flight times in its  category through a unique combination of strength, lightweight material, aerodynamics, ultra low vibrations and clever design. The main electronic components and the batteries are also contained in the temperature controlled central core of the aircraft, protecting them from even the harshest of elements.

Precision Engineering

We are firm believers that true precision starts at the product's origin and remains the highest priority at each step of the way until its completion. Using our in-house state-of-the-art CNC, we machine all our moulds, fittings and other parts from aerospace grade aluminium to ensure ultimate precision of all components upon assembly of the full product.
