We have the ability to integrate a wide array of payloads and solutions to our Dark Matter® aircraft. Some solutions are fully developed in-house from industry knowledge or a customer’s brief.

Top Mounted Payload
Our Dark Matter® aircraft utilise a unique payload attachment solution that allows for any top mounted payload up to 4.6kg. This is also ideal if you are looking to carry multiple payloads.
Tether Compatible
Unlimited flight opens the door to unlimited possibilities. With a tether option our systems can fly for extended periods with the advantage of an optional 100% secure link, up to 100mtr, between tether station and aircraft. A safe and secure permanent eye in the sky!

Get accurate altitude measurements with an addition of our integrated LiDAR-based altimeter. An altimeter allows for ultra-safe low level flying, effective terrain mirroring as well ensuring an exact altitude is maintained.
Sense & Avoid
Flying in a complex environment? Sense and avoid capabilities allow a remote pilot to further mitigate risk when the operation requires them to fly closer to structures.
Beacon Lights
With EVLOS and BVLOS operations becoming more of a reality, visibility of your drone to the surrounding environment is of critical importance. We have developed ultra bright beacon lights to be used in conjunction with our standard navigation lights to make our aircraft as conspicuous as possible.
Fixed Landing Gear
Dark Matter® UAVs have by default a retract system but sometimes a lightweight, strong and super-wide landing gear is required for more specific payloads. Made out of sculpted carbon fibre this option keeps your feet firmly planted on the ground!
Custom Colours
You can customise your Dark Matter® UAV with your own logo or colour scheme. The standard full carbon finish comes with a high quality glossy clearcoat that offers UV protection. We also offer a duotone colour scheme (white on top) specifically to help operations in hot climates.
Flight Cases
Portability is a huge factor when it comes to aircraft. Our Dark Matter® UAVs can be assembled in less than five minutes and packed down in to a ruggedised IP67 rated flight case that easily fits in the boot of most cars.

We offer a wide range of spares and replacement parts for all versions of our Dark Matter® aircraft.
Upgrades
Don't change aircraft - just adapt! Thanks to the innovative modular design of Dark Matter® and our in-depth knowledge of all components on the aircraft, we can upgrade your existing fleet to a more advanced set-up without the need for you to buy new aircraft.
Long Range
Controller Links
As standard, our Dark Matter® system come with a datalink up to 10 km, but a long range version up to 30 km can be provided instead.
It offers enhanced capability of command & control and telemetry overlaid on FPV footage, as well as a wifi bubble to display the data on more devices if preferred.
We can also integrate a range of other control links upon request.
RTK Options
All Dark Matter® Gen 2 aircraft are now RTK ready to help our pilots achieve even greater levels of accuracy for photogrammetry and LiDAR missions.
